These Portfolio Series oil pastels have a traditional creamy texturized wet or dry to create vibrant pastel artwork. The bright primary and secondary colors blend into a broad, expanded palette. Interesting effects can be achieved by wetting the paper before applying the pastels. They can also be dipped in water and used as paint sticks.
